Jessica has her bachelor’s degree in sociology and has worked in the mental health and social services field for over five years in both the public and non-profit sector. She has worked as a volunteer, a community mental health worker, and a case manager in many different interesting settings. Her interest in mental health and human behavior has led her to writing both privately and professionally on a number of different topics.
